We went out to a private island in Fiji known as Namuka Island. Owned privately as a sort of air B&B to a husband and wife team with a great son and daughter staff. The owners of this island have made some great amenities for guests, such as sleeping quarters, bathrooms, showers, eating area and they have a brick pizza oven too! The pizzas they made were amazing!

John, Brian and I wandered the island and found many adventurous things washed up on the shore. We played with the two pet dogs the owners have, stayed clear of their guard dog on a chain and took a peek at farm living for them on the island which consisted of pigs, chickens and coconuts.

When it was time to leave there was a bit of a catch as the boat somewhat mysteriously lost the ability to start. Once they got it going it was dark, but still really had an adventurous feel in the air on the way back.
