August 23, 2017. Day 4 of the “In Emma’s Footsteps” movie I was on as 1st Assistant Camera. Traffic wasn’t great in the morning. We filmed in a storehouse and a little white house at this is the place heritage park. I told a dumb polar bear joke. I saw the first fall leaves on a single tree across the park. Brenna Empey and I had fun on set as usual on this production. Of course we had many giggles with Jared Jaynes, Spencer Scanlan and Brandon Ho. With all the crew really, its been a great cast and crew to play with while working. I learned that horses can take you for a walk if you don’t know how to walk IT. Also, going handheld on a large cinema camera isn’t for the faint of arm strength. Also, would you want a roundhouse kick to the face by an angry pioneer woman with boots on? foeget abouddit!
